These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ProductiveYarn application ("the App") provided by digital mad lad ("we," "us," or "our"). • 1. License & Membership

  Access to the App is provided through a Gumroad license membership. By purchasing a license via Gumroad, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the App for personal or business productivity purposes. Your access remains active as long as your membership is valid.

  • License Validity: Your ability to use the App depends on an active subscription or one-time license purchase through Gumroad.
  • Non-Transferability: Licenses are assigned to the purchaser and cannot be resold.
  • License Termination: If your Gumroad membership expires or is revoked, your access to the App may be suspended.

• 2. User Responsibilities
